Thirty minutes prior to curtain the Box Office may need to devote time exclusively to helping patrons with ticket business for that performance. Please avoid purchasing/exchanging tickets to future performances at the box office thirty minutes prior to curtain.

TICKET POLICY
All sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations. A $1 Historic Landmark Facility Fee is charged per ticket.

EASY TICKET EXCHANGE
Tickets may be exchanged—by phone or in person—into a different performance of the same play with no fees up until 5 pm the day of performance or one hour prior to a matinee. Patrons are asked to pay the difference in price if rescheduling into a higher-priced performance.

CHILDREN
Children under age four are not permitted unless the production specifically appeals to very young children. All other children attending an event, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Because it can be distracting to everyone in the theatre, if your child is disruptive or excessively restless, you may be asked to leave.

Rush tickets are available in person at the Box Office thirty minutes prior to curtain time for cash or check only (no credit cards), limit 2 per patron and subject to availability.
